‘The Bulldozer’ Tanner Boser fought ‘The Sledgehammer’ Ilir Latifi in the latest edition of the UFC Fight Night. This was a heavyweight contest that got scheduled as the final fight in the preliminary card. Both Latifi and Boser were eager to get back to their winning ways after suffering defeat in the last fight.

The fight between the two Heavyweights was hand-to-hand combat that lasted for a complete three-round. ‘The Bulldozer’ looked sharp on his feet with his striking, whereas his opponent was better on the ground. In the end, Latifi did enough to impress two out of three judges and won the fight by a split decision.

Following this defeat, ‘The Bulldozer’ demanded the last fight before his contract expires. Boser shared his message on social media where he wrote “F*ck it all. Give me my last fight. I’ll either win or I’ll go home. @ufccanada @ufc @danawhite @mickmaynard2

Tanner Boser wants to fight in July

This message was for the UFC president Dana White, the senior vice president of talent relations Sean Shelby along with the UFC matchmaker Mick Maynard. Boser looks in desperation mode as he wants to fight one last time in July. Tanner Boser hasn’t made it to the top 15 list of UFC Heavyweights. He knows after losing two straight fights in a row UFC will not entertain a contraction extension.

Therefore, fighting for the last time could get him a win and hopefully can improve his chances of getting a new contract. UFC always helps its fighters by providing them the best facility possible. They listen to their fighters and are always open to any negotiation. UFC has confirmed 2 Fight Night’s and one UFC 264 event in the coming month of July. This is where Tanner Boser can expect to fit his name in one of the preliminary cards.
