Jon Jones is without a doubt one of the most dominant fighters in the history of MMA. Jones has defeated many iconic fighters throughout his career and has an amazing MMA record. Jones was also a former UFC light heavyweight champion.
No fighter in the promotion’s history has been able to beat Jones by a decision or by a finish. His only loss in his career has come following a disqualification.
If it wasn’t for all the controversies Jones had outside the Octagon, he would’ve been in the UFC’s Hall of Fame by now. This year, Jones got into legal trouble once again and was arrested in Las Vegas.

Ever since the incident went down, and the details leaked to the public, Jones has been receiving a lot of backlashes. On social media, Jones has been trying to convince his fans that he has cleaned up his act and is focusing on training rather than the past. He had also pledged to quit alcohol. Jones recently took to his Twitter to share with the fans his feelings about his current situation.
Never confuse having a bad season in life with actually living a lousy life. I have a great life, so much to be proud of, that I’ve earned for my beautiful family. Right now, I’m doing more for my community than any other person I know. I have been focused, i’ve been motivated.

‘Bones’ also wrote about how, while he is going through a tough time, his life is not ‘lousy’. He also wrote, “Right now, I’m doing more for my community than any other person I know.”
Jones also shared on his Twitter that he will be coming back to action next month. He announced he will take on the Bellator heavyweight fight Jake Hager in a wrestling match. However, Hager clapped back at him on Twitter and informed fans that they did not really confirm or make the fight official.

Jon Jones training for his heavyweight return
Jones has been continuously working out at the gym and is now looking larger than ever. Jones has spent his whole career fighting in the light heavyweight division, but he is now concentrating on making a comeback as a heavyweight fighter. He recently stated that he is pleased with his decision to return as a heavyweight.
It’s going to be nice competing without starving and dehydrating myself on fight week. This heavyweight body feels nice, I still need to get bigger and stronger. Plenty fast
