Money fights are what run the game. The UFC, as focused as it is on the skill and violence inside the octagon, ensures that entertainment is of the highest order. With Public Relations teams focusing on promoting fighters and marketing fights, Dana White does a great job at ensuring various bouts see the light of day.

Some fights, however, almost run themselves. The fighters are such big entertainers in and by themselves that the promotion need not go leaps and bounds to promote their outings. One of the people who can put on a great show by himself is Logan Paul.

Dana White asks Logan Paul if he knows Jiu-Jitsu

Although operating in the boxing ring, Logan Paul has created a disruption and a demand for people to watch him fight. ‘The Maverick’ asked White about whether the head honcho would entertain him in the UFC.

F*** the Conor thing for a second. What about any other fight? Like if I wanted to do a UFC fight. Is that something you’d entertain?” asked Logan Paul.

Dana White answered, “Who would you want to fight? I know you have wrestling and boxing. Did you ever do Jiu-Jitsu?” When Paul replied that he could get the job done, White further stated, “I’m not saying no.”

The UFC president is not necessarily keeping his door open, but he isn’t closing it entirely either. There could be an air of reluctance because of a multitude of factors, but a massive name like Logan Paul could skyrocket PPVs for the UFC.

At which weight class and against whom would ‘The Maverick’ fight?

Let’s entertain that Dana White lets Logan Paul fight in the UFC. There are two pivotal aspects to figure out here. Who would he fight, and at what weight class?

Logan Paul weighed 189.5 pounds during the Mayweather fight; he would naturally be placed between middleweight or light heavyweight. Hence, Paul would have to fight in the middleweight division by comparing these two weight classes owing to the big names there.

A fight between Israel Adesanya and Logan Paul would be borderline murder on the Nigerian’s part, but the PPVs for the fight would skyrocket.
