“I’m Not Supporting This B****hit Anymore” – UFC World in Turmoil as Dana White Puts ‘Ridiculous’ Amount on Pay-Per-Views

One thing that Dana White has proven in his time in the UFC is that he is a business mogul. The UFC President has transformed the fight game to unimaginable lengths and led the change from the forefront. Moreover, he had to make tough choices along the way to achieve such success. However, these choices have certainly not been the most popular ones and resulted in him being scrutinized for these decisions. This time, he has made one such call which has certainly not been what the fans wanted. It left some fans disappointed and others enraged.

UFC increases the PPV prices

It is being reported that the UFC has increased its PPV prices. As reported by Mike Bohn, “With a yearly subscription fee of $99.99 in addition to 13 pay-per-view events at $79.99 each. the annual cost to consume the entire UFC schedule without any discounts applied is more than $1,000.”

Dana White and the UFC faced a backlash from the fans. This news about increasing the PPV prices has not gone down well with the fans.

UFC fans are not in support of the decision

Upon hearing the news of the increase in PPV prices, social media users have shown their outrage on the internet. Most of the fans are not in support of the increase in PPV prices in 2023.

One social media user commented, “Holy shxt!! Come on UFC, raining prices is only ultimately going to decrease sales smh We broke out here😅”. Another user expressed, “Legit ridiculous.”

One fan said how UFC and Dana White have lied to them in the past. They said, “I remember when they said they moved the PPVs to ESPN plus for the consumer to “save” money with the subscription The price was sixty then”

One fan had firmly put their point across. They said, “I’m out bro! You can’t charge me to have ESPN+ and $90 for every PPV. I’m still gonna watch, but I’m not supporting this b****hit anymore.”

Some of the fans also questioned the age-old topic of fighters’ pay. One of them said, “Everything goes up except fighters pay and bonuses.” While another one added, “Hopefully they pay the fighters more at least.”

Also, some of the fans spoke about the increase in PPV prices with the Slap League. A social media user said, “Dana has to compensate after buying that slap league.” Furthermore, another one added, “They gotta pay those slap fighters somehow”.

One fan hilariously made a joke on Dana White and the ‘streaming problem. They said, “Also Dana- “why is there a streaming problem.”
