Kevin Holland just lost his most recent match against Marvin Vettori via a one-sided unanimous decision. This was Holland’s second loss in a row, and akin to the last fight, even in this match, Holland’s weaknesses were clear.

‘Trailblazer’ has a glaring hole in his takedown defense and seems confused about how to tackle them. In his previous five-round fight against Vettori, ‘Trailblazer’ had a control time of three seconds to Vettori’s 20:01.

Many experts and fans believe Holland has got everything it takes to become a great UFC fighter, but they all think that he just needs to work a bit on the wrestling aspect.

Is Kevin Holland going to train in Dagestan?

Recently, the Twitter account @Grabaka_Hitman uploaded a tweet that called for Holland to come to train in Dagestan. The tweet read, “Just ship Kevin Holland to Dagestan and check back in on him in 9 months.”

Dagestan is home to one of the greatest UFC fighters of all time, Khabib Nurmagomedov. And it seems like Holland would love an opportunity to train with ‘The Eagle’. He replied to the tweet, ” I’m on the plane now, talk to y’all in 9 weeks.”

To train with Khabib Nurmagomedov with be an exceptional experience for ‘Trailblazer’ and if this can really happen, it would be really helpful for him.

Holland to take help from Daniel Cormier?

Daniel Cormier has offered to help Holland in improving his wrestling skills. At his post-match interview, the middleweight fighter talked about how he would spend some time with ‘DC’.

The possibility that Holland was serious when he wrote he would be off to Dagestan is next to zero, However, he is going to train with Cormier.
