The UFC Vegas 34 event was all set to be one of the most exciting MMA events of the year. The UFC event had a plethora of great fights set for the night. While many fans were excited about the main event fight between Jared Cannonier and Kelvin Gastelum, the fight between Roosevelt Roberts and Ignacio Bahamondes was one fight that was very exciting. The bout saw Bahamondes claim a spectacular KO.

Bahamondes was coming into this fight on the back of a loss against John Makdessi. Therefore, the fighter wanted to perform admirably and win. The fighter performed admirably well and took the fight to Roberts. In the end, Bahamondes was well on his way to earn a decision victory. However, the fighter then unleashed some great attacks and finished Roberts with a spectacular wheel kick.

Bahamondes had gone for the wheel kick a few times during the fight. However, in almost every instance, he aimed it towards his opponent’s body and tried to transition into a takedown from thereon. Bahamondes seemed in superb control through the fight, and nothing seemed to faze him.

The wheel kick that eventually gave Bahamondes the victory was spectacular. Hence, it could be seen as a contender for the KO of the year.
