However, ‘The Eagle’ doesn’t prefer living a flamboyant lifestyle through his hard-earned money.

Instead, the Dagestan native uses his fame, knowledge, and money in the right direction, i.e. to grow his other businesses. Nurmagomedov has tons of endorsement deals and sponsorships under his name. Apparently, he also has his own mineral water, protein bar, and cellphone network company.

According to Celebritynetworth, ‘The Eagle’ has a net worth of a whopping $40 million as of 2022. He is the second most riches MMA fighter after his arch-rival and former two-division champion Conor McGregor.

Nurmagomedov has invested his money in many business ventures. However, one of his biggest purchases came in 2020, when Dagestan’s son bought his own MMA venture. After retiring from the sport, ‘The Eagle’ bought a Russian-based promotion to the Gorilla FC, which reportedly cost him around $1 million.

Nurmagomedov purchased the Dagestan-based MMA promotion as a platform to introduce excellent Russian MMA fighters to the world. Later, he named the promotion Eagle Fighting Championship to resemble his moniker. And also wore the promoter’s cap to grow his new business.

‘The Eagle’ had his first-ever Eagle FC event on American soil this year in January. And also a second successful event, Eagle FC 45 featuring former UFC fighters Kevin Lee and Diego Sanchez on 12th March.

Reportedly, the undefeated fighter has added one more feather to his promoter cap by signing the former UFC heavyweight champion Junior dos Santos at Eagle FC. He will soon headline the Eagle FC 48 in May 2022.

All in all, ‘The Eagle’, just like his moniker suggests, is soaring high in the MMA business even after retiring from the sport.
