Chiefly, it reveals how the longtime UFC commentator and his guests are full of energy during the elongated show.

The show’s format is such that it does not give away behind-the-scenes footage. However, Substack VP of Comm (Lulu Cheng Meservey) gave a glimpse of the 55-year-old Rogan’s set.
