Taking to his Instagram handle, the Russian reporter posted a picture with Magomedsharipov’s manager. From the looks of it, Lazorin visited the DagFighter camp to have a discussion about the prospect of the Featherweight’s return. However, the discussion proved to be more revealing than what was expected! How? So, it seems like rumors about the UFC offering the Dagestani fighter a contract are actually true.

Quoting Magomedov’s words, Lazorin wrote: “Yes, the last time they offered Zabit to come back was about two or three months ago. In the weight category of 66 kg or, if he wants, in 70 kg. Or, if he doesn’t even want to return, they just invited him to Las Vegas. To discuss, negotiations. But he simply has no desire (to return), although there is nothing fundamental. Sometimes you want something and sometimes you don’t. Now he has no desire. He had health problems when he actively fought. Now there are no health problems, he feels good, but there is no motivation.”
