If you’re an avid combat sports fan, you won’t need any introduction to the name Conor McGregor. The short answer is that Dillon Danis is signed to Bellator MMA. However, there is more to this than just that. Since Danis is a really good friend and a teammate of former UFC lightweight champ Conor McGregor, he is often seen in the UFC premises as well. In fact, most of the UFC fighters in the roster today, know who he is.

Now, Danis actually joined Bellator MMA back in 2018. His first fight was against Kyle Walker and he won via submission in the first round. 5 years later, there are some questions as to whether Dillon Danis is still an active MMA fighter or not and whether he is even signed to Bellator MMA or not.

Now that Danis’ Bellator MMA contract is coming to a closer, it is time for Danis to take his interests elsewhere. He played a really smart move where, in order to stay relevant and keep the market hot for himself, entered into a boxing bout against Logan Paul. However, that is not all that he did recently.

Apparently, during an interview with The MMA Hour, Danis clearly stated that he is interested in trying his luck with the UFC if he can win his fight against Logan Paul. He called out some of the more prominent names in the UFC and said that he is ready for the promotion to throw their toughest opponent his way.
