One of the UFC’s most renowned troublemakers is Nate Diaz. Time and again the Stockton native has gotten himself into many scraps inside and outside the octagon. Although his rivalry with ‘The Notorious’, Conor McGregor may be his most popular one, he also got himself involved in a spat with Justin Bieber.

These days, though, both McGregor and Diaz can be seen beefing with Jake Paul. However, before Jake Paul, there was Justin Bieber messing with MMA pros.

Nate Diaz got himself involved in a bizarre ‘beef’ with millennial pop sensation Justin Bieber back in 2016. This was when Bieber dissed Diaz after his first submission win over the Irishman at UFC 196.

Even though Diaz triumphed over McGregor, a frustrated Bieber thought otherwise and posted on his social media that Diaz’s style was ‘Terrible’ and McGregor was the ‘True Champion’.

Meanwhile, Nate Diaz didn’t take this disrespect lightly and immediately reacted with a hilarious meme post on his Instagram. The Stockton slap crisis came with a message, “Shut Your Bi*ch A*s Up,” with a caption, “Biebers a hater.”

Diaz, in an interview with Rolling Stones, called out Bieber and famed rapper Drake for ignorance about the game. He stated Bieber doesn’t know the sport as he doesn’t watch it. Later, he brought Drake to the conversation.

“I’ve seen a couple other people too, Drake, all these other guys that are stating their opinion. How are you going to state your opinion when you don’t know shit?” Diaz said.

Nate Diaz squashes his beef with Justin Bieber

Even though it was hilarious, the Diaz and Bieber conflict was a rather short-lived affair. As both aces of their respective fields met each other in a club in Los Angeles.

Diaz described the rendezvous with Justin Bieber in a conversation with late-night TV show host Conan O’Brien.

“I was out in here in L.A. and I went to a club, like four days later, and everybody was coming up to me like ‘Hey, Justin Bieber’s over there in the corner!’ Like there was this big fight that was supposed to go down between me and Justin. I was like ‘It’s alright, leave Justin alone.”

“He had a little crew with him, a bunch of little Biebers, and they came and found me. I had a crew with me too. He was like ‘It’s all good, let’s squash the beef man.’ I was like ‘Wow, is that how a beef works out here? It’s all good, I have no problem with you, Justin Bieber.’ He’s cool now.”

Diaz, later also posted on Instagram that everything was cool with him and Justin Bieber.
