“IS THERE ANY JIU JITSU IN THIS PHOTO” – Charles Oliveira Teases UFC World with a Gordon Ryan Picture

After losing the main event at the hands of Islam Makhachev, Charles Oliveira went into a deep slumber. Without a doubt, the fighter was broken and had to repair his heart before getting back to his training and reclaiming his worth in the Octagon. Surprisingly, the fighter didn’t take long to bounce back. ‘Do Bronx’ was recently spotted training with the greatest Jiu-Jitsu fighter in the world. As expected, the fans had nothing but praise for the fighters.

Oliveira lost his title as the lightweight champion to Khabib Nurmagomedovs prodigy in the second round of their bout at UFC 280. Makhachev is undeniably one of the greatest grapplers currently competing in the UFC. To tackle him, the fans believe that the Brazilian indeed requires honing his grappling skills.

Fans react to Charles Oliveira’s Instagram post

Oliveira recently took to Instagram and posted a picture with Gordon Ryan, the G.O.A.T. in BJJ. Without a doubt, the Brazilian fighter seemingly intended to train with Ryan and bounce back into the Octagon with an even greater arsenal. He wrote in the caption, “Today without a doubt one of the biggest names in jiu jitsu today @gordonlovesjiujitsu thank you for your affection and respect we are together keep taking the name of our jiu jitsu higher and higher.” Furthermore, he wrote, “IS THERE ANY JIU JITSU IN THIS PHOTO.”

The fans took over the comments section and showered love for the fighters. The fans seemed to believe that training with Ryan would help Oliveira get back at Makhachev. Furthermore, many of the fans declared the two to be the greatest of all time. Ryan said that it was great to finally meet Oliveira.

Charles Oliveira talked about his fight with Islam Makhachev

Oliveira has a good eye when it comes to mixed martial arts. Given his experience with 42 fights, the fighter’s observation skills have been honed, significantly. He recalled his experience from his last fight and shared something that wasn’t known to the entire world.

‘Do Bronx’ revealed that Makhachev once went limp during the fight. He said, “My concern with Islam is on the feet. When I up-kicked him; he ate it and sat down. He went limp.” Although it was a vital revelation, Oliveira would still have to hone his grappling if he wishes to go against Makhachev once again.
