Dustin Poirier had three UFC bouts in 2021. However, the lightweight has not competed once in the first half of this year. As there is no update on when he could return inside the Octagon, UFC President Dana White was questioned about ‘The Diamond’s extended absence.

Yahoo! Sports’ Kevin Iole brought Poirier’s frustration about not getting a bout to the UFC President’s attention. Mr. White dismissed the idea that they are having a tough time finding an opponent for the former interim lightweight champion or any other superstar in the UFC.
