UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya took to social media and announced the news of a massive brand deal tie-up. ‘The Last Stylebender’ let it be known that he had linked up with Skate.com, a crypto-based Sports betting platform. The deal is a huge move for the undefeated fighter who has shown no signs of stopping or slowing down.

Skate offers an authentic casino experience coupled with their exclusive originals that can be bet on. The electrifying announcement trailer perfectly captures the kind of excitement that Israel Adesanya brings to the table.
Chiefly, Adesanya has become a major player in the realm of endorsements as he also signed a deal with Puma. Not to mention, EA Sports’ UFC 4 featured the Nigerian-born fighter on the cover of the game alongside Jorge Masvidal. It seems as though his dominance inside the cage has translated well towards lucrative opportunities.
Israel Adesanya: Chasing glory
Apart from his conquests in the business world, Adesanya has managed to achieve greatness in a short span of time. The City Kickboxing fighter fought twice in 2020 and defended his strap against some heavy hitters at middleweight.
UFC 248 in March saw a rather lackluster but pivotal defense against Yoel Romero. However, he made up for his underwhelming performance on the UFC’s second trip to Fight Island.
UFC 253 saw Adesanya steal the show when he dominated Paulo Costa, right from pillar to post. The fight solidified his status as an elite champion, and fans can’t wait to see how he’ll perform in his next octagon appearance.

In fact, he’s coming for a March 2021 scrap against the light heavyweight champion Jan Blachowicz in wha seems to be a firecracker of a match-up.
The fight would allow Izzy to reach new heights within the sport and join the shortlist of champ-champs in the organization.

Moreover, the middleweight division needs some time to stew as some contenders have faced critical losses. Adesanya’s time at the 205-pound division will allow for the 185-pound weight class to grow.
Not to mention, there’s plenty on the line when considering that a fight with Jon Jones is also on the cards. Adesanya holding Jon’s former title would certainly be another added element should they end up fighting in the future.
