UFC middleweight Israel Adesanya has been doing great in the middleweight division. And while his try at light heavyweight did not go as planned as the middleweight champion, he has defended his belt several times and will look to continue doing so. However, he sure will have some difficult fights in the future.

The fighter shared a picture of himself on Instagram and wrote, “I said it years ago, if you had a chance to go watch me fight live locally you should have. I’m saying it again, if you have a chance to watch me fight live anywhere on earth… do so!! I’ve had well over a hundred fights and I don’t feel like I’ve lost a step.”
“I’ve gained more understanding for the game at 32 years young as a martial artist. My appearances in the octagon for the next few years will be something you will wanna tell your grandkids about being there live!! Watching me dismantle foe after foe, leaving bodies everywhere I go. So yea… I’m “looking for a fight!” as they say.”

What’s next for Israel Adesanya?
Adesanya will be seen facing Robert Whittaker at UFC 271. Whittaker is one of the very few fighters that many believe stands a chance of dethroning the champion. During their first fight in 2019, Whittaker lost through TKO. However, their second bout in February 2022, will definitely be a very tough one for both the fighters.

Whittaker has managed to demolish his opponents in his recent fights. Adesanya, too, has grown a lot as a fighter. Further, from Adesanya’s social media posts, it is clear that he is quite confident that he can defeat whomsoever he will face in the ring. Hence, this is one fight that fans would be waiting for.
