‘The Last Stylebender’ is surely one of the most ferocious strikers in the promotion. The Auckland native also has an amazing history of kickboxing, which makes him one of the best kickboxers currently in the UFC.

That being said, no normal human being would want to get struck by Izzy’s kick. However, Adesanya’s coach and the owner of the Van Roon Martial Arts in Auckland, Carl Van Roon, almost felt what it was like to get hit by the UFC champion’s kick.

Van Roon recently uploaded a video of his official Instagram account with the caption, “@stylebender almost knocks me out. It’s always fun training with this guy.”

In the video, we can see Adesanya sharpening his skills with Roon. However, during the session, the UFC middleweight champion unleashed a spinning back kick, which almost struck Roon’s back of the head.

Interestingly, Roon sensed the kick coming and dodged it by bending a little forward. However, his instinct hit a few seconds later. Meanwhile, the fight fans were amazed by the whole incident.

“near death experience,” One fan wrote in the comments. Another fan wrote, but did anyone peep how aware van room is he ducked his kick looking fwd”

One fan asked, How did u even dodge u werent even looking”. Another fan wrote, don’t even flinch just a lil slip out the way… casual as you like.”
