The UFC President Dana White provided some important information from Conor McGregor’s training camp, ahead of his UFC 264 fight against Dustin Poirier. This is the third time both the fighters will collide inside the cage. Moreover, the main event is one of the biggest trilogy fights in UFC history. Hence, the stakes are high for the match, and fans are eagerly waiting for the fight.

Both the fighters are training extensively for the fight as they will seek to go 2-1 up in the trilogy. While McGregor won the first meeting, ‘The Diamond’ earned a win earlier this year.

This time, though, ‘The Notorious’ will look to avoid his mistakes from UFC 257. In a recent interview with TheMacLife, White said, “I don’t know Conor looked damn good in that first round, you know. I don’t know how well he prepared for the fight, I don’t know what he did. I don’t know. You know the difference between his training came for that fight and this fight.”

“I can tell you this from what I can see. He is taking this fight a lot more serious than he did in the last fight. He’s doing things you know, he is basically shut down in his own little world doing his thing. It feels like the old Conor McGregor.”

In the same interview, White hinted at a title bout for the winner. He said, “I think so, yeah. I mean it’s not set in stone and anything can happen after the fight, who knows but yeah, it makes sense.”

However, the kingpin is yet not sure about setting up a title bout, but when he says anything can happen, the combat fans know it well. While one cannot be sure about the title fight, one thing is sure. It is that this trilogy fight is going to be an absolute action-packed treat for the MMA fans.
