Joe Rogan, the UFC’s color commentator, is definitely one of the most noted faces in the UFC. Rogan is also a comedian, a former TV host, and a trained Martial artist who has competed in national-level competitions. Rogan enjoys unmatched fame owing to his multi-directional works.

His podcast has topped the list of ‘Top Podcasts’ by Spotify multiple times. On one episode of ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’, ‘the former Fear Factor host’ was joined by writer and stand-up comedian, Bridget Phetasy.

The two went on to discuss a volley of other stuff, along with memory loss and human brain issues. Rogan narrated his experience of starting his nootropic manufacturing company, ‘Onnit’. He also described how it can help with memory enhancement.

Phetasy initially described how she needed to interview about twenty people every five minutes for one of her projects. Rogan exclaimed in surprise, What did you do?”.

Phetasy further implied that she had acquired the disease of forgetfulness and brain haze due to these interviews. She stated, Mom brain is real”. Hence, Rogan offered her to use ‘Alpha Brain’, a brain-capacity enhancing nootropic manufactured by Rogan’s company, ‘Onnit’.

The ‘former TV presenter’ stated that he initially got to know about ‘Neuro One’ which helped the noted football player Romanowski, overcome his problems with CTE and memory loss.

Rogan also described how a lot of people rejected this idea of memory enhancement through nootropics. He stated, “it was very controversial and a lot of people called bulls**it and snake oil”. But, ‘the former martial artist’ got the positive effects of nootropics certified by the Boston Centre for memory via two studies.

The former TV presenter described that commentating in the UFC is “most memory intensive.” It is understandable that recalling techniques and moves can be a stressful task. Rogan also stated, “I always take alpha brain”.
