The duo are all set to lock horns against each other on June 15 in Brazil, the Spaten Fight Night promotion announced Sunday.

Silva has been teasing the finale of his career and Sonnen’s Instagram post about the fight just made his much better. ‘The American gangster’ took to his Instagram handle to share a video of himself where he can be seen saying, “Oh Anderson, yoohoo. It’s me again. See you June 15” The duo has fought twice in their UFC career and their fight was nothing less than a rollercoaster ride.

In both of the fights, Anderson Silva reigned supreme. Regardless, their rivalry ended before the third fight as both fighters retired from MMA. But now, it seems like Sonnen and Silva are looking to run a final clash of their career. This news got a flurry of reactions from the fans but seems like they are divided on it.

͏Anderson Silva ventured into boxing after his MMA career and has a record of 2-1-1 in the ring. His only loss came against Jake Paul which is well pretty embarrassing. Nonetheless, a fan highlighted that if Sonnen gets knocked out by Silva again then it would be pretty awkward for him.
