The former UFC lightweight champion showed no mercy to his students, forcing them to train uninterruptedly with very few breaks. Thus, many would agree that there is no doubt on whether Khabib is a terrific coach. His work on fellow Dagestani fighter Islam Makhachev is a testament to the same.

However, in the clip posted by Mendez, Khabib used the motto ‘Shut up and train’ and put the fellow fighters through vigorous workout routines. At the start of the clip, Mendes said to the camera,” Coach Khabib don’t allow it. No passing out allowed.” Also, he called Nurmagomedov a ‘bully’ and said he acts like a ‘mean guy.’

Khabib’s cousin, Umar Nurmagomedov, was also present for The Eagle’s intense training and told the camera, “this guy (Khabib) don’t have pity. One day he’s gonna kill everybody.”
