Joanna Jedrzejczyk replied, “This is what she thinks she has a few wins straight. But I think the next challenger should be JJ or Weili Zhang this is what I agreed to only.”

‘JJ’ dismissed Carla Esparza because is of the opinion that Zhang Weili and ‘JJ’ herself are more deserving of a title shot. Schmo asked, “What’s more likely to happen first we see JJ vs Weili Zhang 2 or Weili Zhang 2 versus Rose Namajunas.”

Jedrzejczyk replied, “Both fights are possible and are very interesting not only for me but for the other girls as well. I mean Rose or Weili Zhang for the UFC and the fans so we will see what’s going to happen next.”

The fighters have previously faced each other twice for the Strawweight title. ‘Thug Rose’ won both the encounters and became the undisputed queen of the 115lbs division.

Although Jedrzejczyk is second on the ranking. She will have to prove her worth before getting her next title shot. Therefore, the fight between Carla Esparza and Rose Namajunas could actually happen before or after the rematch with Zhang Weili.
