Joe Rogan has once again found himself as a laughing stock. The famed podcaster sent the world into a laughing fit, following a goof-up on his podcast. And it was all because of Rogan’s ‘cough button’. But how did the fans get to know about the backstage events? Apparently, the podcaster forgot to turn off the microphone. 

During a recent episode of ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’, the UFC color commentator found something wrong in his voice. However, he surprised the entire fanbase with a cough. He went, “What the f**k is wrong with my voice today? [coughs, apparently believing the microphone was turned off] Thank God I got a cough button. I’m like a professional.”

An Instagram account by the name of ‘fightgeekmma’ recently uploaded the clip on IG. The caption read, “Thank god for Joe Rogans cough button, he thought he was was muted when he let out a huge cough🤣 Jaime better get that fixed.” But as soon as the video hit the social media platform, the fans took over the comments section with their hilarious thoughts.

Without a doubt, the fight fans were caught by surprise when the famed UFC commentator let out his cough. One of the fans came in with a hilarious response linking Rogan’s cough to an electronic dance music sample, commenting, “somebody out there using this as a sample for an edm song.”

Another fan recalled the time when he was listening to the podcast audio and found himself baffled by the cough. He shared a laughing emoji on the comments section, following which he wrote, “heard that last night on audio and thought “that’s weird he didn’t use it when he said he has one”.”

One more fan dropped everything else and claimed that the JRE clip was the one that rules. “This clip rules.” However, many others focused on the 56-year-old podcaster’s smoking habits and psychedelic apprehensions. “That’s nothing compared to this weed cough,” wrote one fan, while another fan commented, “Too much we*d kind of voice.”

But that’s not all! One of the fans took to the comments and tried to link the cough with testosterone therapy, writing, “Trt cough” in the comments. The hormone’s lower levels in circulation are indeed associated with adverse outcomes affecting the respiratory system, and Rogan fans are well aware that he endorses his therapy quire openly. Nevertheless, the fans indeed enjoyed the clip, falling into laughter traps, with one of the fans tagging Rogan and his podcast producer, Jaime Vernon, in the comments.
