The UFC world has seen it all! Bryce Mitchell revived the stories about the Earth being flat, and Joe Rogan came forth with multiple talks about extraterrestrial life. Needless to say, such talks grabbed the attention of the entire world. While some praised the entities for their theories, others lashed back at them. But this time around, things were a bit different. Would you ever listen to a man talking about a hollow moon? Well, it seems like the answer can be turned to a yes with the infamous AJ Gentile on the hot seat.
If you’ve guessed it already, you must be an avid follower of ‘The Why Files’. And yes, AJ Gentile indeed appeared on episode #2327 of the JRE. Not too long ago, the JRE’s Instagram profile shared an excerpt from the episode on the social media platform. Therein, Rogan and his guest talked about the ‘hollow moon’. The clip began with Gentile telling the world that Gino was the guy who got him weird topics. And one of the topics that he got him was about the hollow moon. He revealed, ‘So, I went into that story thinking, ‘This is dumbest s— I’ve ever heard.’ The moon is hollow. And I’m doing the research, about halfway through, I’m like, ‘Hmm, the moon is weird.’” But like every other conspiracy theory, this one too had Gentile convinced that it was probably true.
Gentile said, “And by the end of my research, I was convinced that clearly the moon is a hollow spaceship that was brought here from another part of the galaxy. And it’s here, and the lizard people are absorbing our soul energy. That’s the only explanation for it. Probably not true, but man, the moon is very weird.” According to him, there wasn’t any other planet in the solar system, or any other part of space, that had a giant moon right next to it. No doubt, Neil DeGrasse Tyson would love to argue on that, with 274 moons for Saturn and 95 moons for Jupiter.

Nevertheless, Gentile continued to speak about the arrival of the moon and ancient texts talking about a moonless sky. This had the UFC color commentator hooked. Rogan questioned about the origin of the ancient stories. The JRE guest replied, “Ancient Indian text will have it, but also native legends will have it, about a moonless sky. And then the moon arrives…” And then came another question from Rogan – When did the moon really arrive?
AJ Gentile responded, “It’s hard to tell, you know. I always go to younger drives, younger drives. But who really knows? The Earth was apparently just covered in this haze. Just very wet, very hazy. Maybe like Venus, or something like that. Then the moon arrives and all that water from the atmosphere drops down to Earth. The tidal forces are crazy, there’s a huge flood, and everything just settles. And then the moon here. And the moon is now like the guardian of the planet, which it really is. We couldn’t really survive without it.”

Of course, the tidal forces that it creates are certainly necessary for our survival. And it definitely guards the Earth from incoming asteroids. But is the moon really hollow? The men of science would love to disagree. However, the JRE audience was a bit different. Soon after the JRE’s IG profile dropped the clip, they took to the comments section and expressed their excitement. Let’s see what they had to say.

The Joe Rogan Experience fans felt nothing but excitement about the new guest
Most of the fans claimed that they had been waiting for AJ Gentile’s appearance on JRE for ages. Even though he has a mere 14K following on X, Gentile amassed an army of 4.75M subscribers on YouTube with The Why Files. The impressive thing about it is that it’s only a 2-year-old channel. One of the fans waiting for Gentile on JRE wrote, “Been waiting so long for this!!! AJ is the BEST!!” Another fan commented, “This is awesome !! Been watching him for years now.”
With 340 videos out on the streaming platform, The Why Files have indeed pushed the audience out of their comfort zone. But it’s the humor that has had them attached to the channel. Weighing in on this, one of the fans wrote, “The Why Files is one of the best at breaking down complex conspiracies with clarity and humor, love seeing AJ on here. This episode’s a must-watch if you’re into the stories that make you question everything.” And the love for Gentile kept on pouring…
One comment read, “This episode’s gonna have me side-eyeing the Moon like it knows something. Let’s gooooo, AJ—crack that cosmic egg!” And thus, Rogan had the people’s attention once more. A comment went like, “Okkkk now you got my attention roe Jogan!!!”

On the other hand, a few of the fans decided to bring Eddie Bravo into the picture. One of the fans wrote, “Should have had Eddie Bravo here for this one.” Meanwhile, another fan pointed at a different theory pushed by Bravo, commenting, “The moon is a reflection of the earth illuminated off the firmament. Look into it!!! As the great Eddie Bravo would say!”
