Joe Rogan is one of the biggest voices of this generation. He has a vested interest in talking about various conspiracy theories. Meanwhile, sports journalist Stephen A. Smith weighed on his conspiracy theories. He even compared him to some of history’s biggest personalities in a recent YouTube video.
The ‘Joe Rogan Experience’ podcast gave fans some of the craziest conspiracy theories that the host had to offer. Moreover, the 55-year-old also spoke about the January 6 2021 insurrection. He made some unsubstantiated claims that there was a conspiracy to defame Donald Trump. However, Stephen A. Smith is unaware of any such conspiracy theories.

Stephen A. Smith is not taking sides with Joe Rogan regarding the conspiracy theories
After going through what the UFC commentator and podcast host had to say about the conspiracy against Donald Trump, Stephen A. Smith claimed that he had no idea about what the 55-year-old was talking about. Moreover, he doesn’t know about the degree of truth to Joe Rogan’s unsubstantiated claims. Smith said, “I have no clue what Joe Rogan is talking about. And by that, I mean, I have no idea whether he’s right or whether he’s wrong.”
In addition to that, Smith also mentioned that he has no intentions to back Rogan’s claims, nor does he intend to bash him for his conspiracies. He is just a spectator and will be open to listening to whatever the JRE host has to say. He further added, “I am not siding with him and I am not saying he’s all right. But I am not similarly dismissing every and any syllable he chose as conspiracy theories.” Moreover, Stephen A. Smith spoke about some similarities between Joe Rogan and two famous historical figures, who were also surrounded by conspiracies.

Stephen A. Smith compared Joe Rogan to Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X after learning about his conspiracy theories. Moreover, he mentioned how the two historical figures met with fatal consequences due to them getting wrapped up in conspiracies as well.

Smith said, “Point of history that you might know. Malcolm X, there were people that accused him of having conspiracy theories about the government before he was assassinated.” He continued, “Dr. Martin Luther King, conspiracy theories about the government, the CIA, and the FBI, and them tapping his phones and all of that stuff, he was assassinated.”

Joe Rogan’s million-dollar podcast has given him a platform to talk about a variety of things that involve not only conspiracies but other interesting topics as well. There were times when Spotify removed some of his episodes for being too controversial. However, it does not look like he’ll hold back from sharing his thoughts anytime soon.
