Joe Rogan and Bobby Lee were finally able to pull together their schedules for an episode of the Joe Rogan Experience. That’s right, the famous comedian came on to the show for its #2090 episode and was beyond thrilled to be there.
Lee had been urged by many fans to go to the podcast before. And he wanted to too, but he had no clue how to go about it. Now that it finally happened, he had to ask Rogan about the process that helps him get guests on that microphone for Spotify. And it was interestingly simple.

You read that right. According to Rogan, getting yourself on the show is relatively simple. Of course, it’s all if the UFC color commentator wants it. He’s previously gone on record saying that he only gets those guests on that pique his personal interest. And so, only such individuals are reached out to.
Once you catch Rogan’s eye, it’s all about the schedule. He mentioned how he has a “guy” who reaches out to people trying to get them on the show. Once that’s done, mostly everything regarding the booking is pretty much done on Rogan’s phone.
“I always said anytime you want to do it and you were like, ok,” said Rogan when Bobby Lee asked how he could have come on earlier. “You call me. This whole thing is literally booked on my phone. I have a guy shout out to my man Matt, who I contact when I want someone.”
Rogan’s podcast clearly has a dedicated team that looks into his affairs. And Rogan himself keeps things clean and simple for his guests. And his camaraderie with Lee was also a brilliant thing to witness as the show went on. The two met during interesting circumstances too.

How Rogan saved Lee’s life
Rogan and Lee once went to a gentleman’s club with many other friends. Here, drunk as Lee was, he decided to ask a stripper for a lap dance right in front of her boyfriend who belonged to a gang. Rogan recalled that the boyfriend had two tear-drop tattoos on him which could have only meant that he was responsible for leaving two people nine feet under.

Before anything could go wrong, Rogan and the rest got him in a car and drove off. “You were going to get a shot, like for real,” Rogan told the comedian. Failing to read the room in his intoxicated self really put him in danger. Thankfully, he had his good friend Rogan with him. Now, the two have come together for a brilliant episode which you can check out any time.
