In episode #1843, Joe Rogan conversed with fellow stand-up comedian, Paul Virzi. The UFC color commentator spoke about the situations surrounding the Russian President. Rogan said, “He must be losing it now because like the economy’s destroyed, you know, Russia is in this like state of isolation from the other nations, other than like, China’s eyeing it very carefully.”

Rogan’s comments come amidst Brittney Griner’s detainment in Russia. However, this is not the first time Rogan has mentioned Putin on the podcast. Previously, Rogan narrated a story involving the Russian President and an NFL team owner.

Joe Rogan on Vladimir Putin stealing Robert Kraft’s super bowl ring

Robert Kraft is the owner of the NFL Team, New England Patriots. Kraft, who has 6 super bowl rings, once got one of his rings stolen by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

In an episode of his podcast, Rogan spoke in detail about the incident. The veteran color commentator said, “So he had this super bowl ring on him. Meets Putin. Putin says, ‘Can I hold the ring?’ Takes the ring off, puts it on, he said something like you can smash someone’s face with this ring.” 

The podcast host further mentioned how the Russian President just laughed and walked away with the ring. He said, “Laughed and just walked off with the ring. They were like, ‘Hey, where’s the ring?’ He’s like, ‘No.’ He just stole the ring.”
