“He wasn’t like a statesman, who like, you know, you could criticize his policies and his positions. You could say he’s heartless all you want. But he represents the United States…”

Drawing a comparison between Ron DeSantis and Trump, Joe Rogan said, “The left still hates him, but they don’t hate him the same way they hated Trump. … He’s not an insulting like character, like Trump’s a character. Like part of what he’s doing, he’s like doing comedy.”

“It’s like he’s doing stand up when he’s up there. When he makes fun of Biden and makes fun of other people, he’s doing f**king stand up. He really is, and he kills.”

Further in the conversation, Joe Rogan expressed he didn’t think it was a good idea for Trump to encourage people to dislike him. Additionally, he spoke about the former President’s Twitter antics.
