A clip from the podcast made it to YouTube, where the two can be seen talking about how Jones is almost unbeatable, with Rogan even claiming that he doesn’t see boxing legend Tyson Fury capable of taking on ‘Jonny Bones’.
The 55-year-old UFC commentator confidently stated, “No one thinks that Tyson Fury can beat Jon Jones in a fight… No one thinks that.”

He continued, “Tyson [himself] doesn’t think that. You want to talk about who’s the baddest man on the planet? If Jon Jones and Tyson Fury are locked into a room, I’m pushing all of my chips on black.”
Although Rogan regarded ‘The Gypsy King’ as a great boxer, he doesn’t see him winning against Jones. “Tyson Fury is an amazing boxer. [But] He doesn’t have a f**king chance in hell of making it out of that room… Zero chance.”
Jon Jones coming back after a long hiatus and easily defeating the natural heavyweight Ciryl Gane shocked the world. But interestingly, that is something Joe Rogan already saw coming years ago.

During his 2019 episode with vlogger C.T. Fletcher, Joe Rogan made a bold prediction that Jon Jones had a future in the heavyweight division. Fast forward to today, and Rogan’s prediction has come true as Jones sits on the throne of the heavyweight division.
Five years ago, Rogan had already seen Jones’ potential when he stated, “I think Jon’s future is in heavyweight, I really do.” He added, “I think Jon is gonna clean out the light heavyweight division and then move up.”
