Joe Rogan invited stand-up comic, actor, and podcast host Robert Kelly to the latest episode of the Joe Rogan Experience. The pair had an entertaining three-hour-long conversation. During their talk, they jokingly discussed aliens and the technological advancements humans have made.

Kelly asked Rogan if he would go with aliens should they invite him and said they were fans of his podcast. Rogan said he’d rather ask them to be guests on his show. He said that he would have them on the show 100% and that would be insane to have an alien on the show.

Continuing along the same lines, Rogan said, “I think I’ve already had one on. Elon. He’s been on three times.” Kelly laughed and asked if Rogan thought Musk was an alien. Rogan said, “Yeah. He’s not one of us. He’s either one of us from the future or he’s from another planet. There’s just something about him. He’s too smart.”

In an interesting comparison, Rogan said that he likened their friendship to the intellectual equivalent of a boy and his dog.

Rogan had high praises for Elon Musk’s ventures

The podcaster comparing Musk to an alien was more of a compliment than an insult or a joke at the latter’s expense. Rogan believed Musk to be out of this world purely because of his admiration for Musk’s brilliant body of work in the field of science and technology.

“He’s running like four different world-changing industries simultaneously. I mean who the f*ck else is running an electric car business, along with an internet satellite high-speed data business along with a revolutionary rocket business… No one’s been able to do that before,” Rogan said.
