Nate Diaz is currently on the final fight of his current UFC contract. Many speculate that the Stockton native will be leaving the promotion after this final bout and won’t be re-signing with the UFC in the future.

Diaz has been a fan favorite at the promotion ever since his early days and he is carrying the ‘Diaz brothers’ legacy on his back. In an episode of the Joe Rogan Experience, Rogan and legendary fighter BJ Penn discussed the state of his current contract. They both agreed on one condition on which Diaz will stay with the UFC.

Rogan said, “I think if they give him the right money, I think he’ll stay. I think he’ll stay if he wants to keep fighting. It’s whether or not he wants to keep fighting.”
