Joe Rogan, the long-time UFC commentator, is a fan of the wilderness and often shares brutal animal videos on his social media handles. He even talks about them frequently on his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience.

Similarly, in the past, Rogan shared a gruesome video of a mantis eating a wasp alive on his official Instagram page. In the caption, Rogan explained the viciousness of the creature. And also stated that humans are lucky these creatures are tiny.

The 54-year-old talked about the same video in the recent episode of his podcast with the guest, Brian Redban. Joe Rogan even compared it to humans eating a dog alive. He believes mantis are creatures similar to aliens.

“This praying mantis has his clamps down on the wasp and it’s just eating it alive. It’s like you holding Marshall. That’s what it’s like. Because it’s like half its size,” Rogan said. 

“Right? It’s like you holding a medium-sized dog and just eating it alive. That is what this praying mantis is doing. And I have always thought we are so lucky they are little,” Rogan added.

“The only way humans exist is because praying mantis are tiny little things. Because if they were big we would be in deep s**t dude… that is a bizarre and ruthless creation of nature… those are aliens,” Rogan concluded.

Similarly, in the past also, Rogan has talked about such incidents where chimpanzees have severely injured a human being. Therefore, he came to the conclusion that they are the most vicious animals on the planet.
