Veteran color commentator, and Spotify podcast host, Joe Rogan, take his health seriously. Over the course of the past 5 decades, Rogan has spent time grinding in various gyms to not only earn black belts in various disciplines but to learn about the benefits of each martial art. Even today, he practices his favorite routines, and naturally, training in self-defense arts would create wear and tear.

To deal with after-training effects and restore his body, Rogan usually spends time in either Sauna or Cryo therapy. Although spending time in these extreme temperatures all alone can prove to be a seriously daunting task.

Why is Joe Rogan So Important to the UFC?

One that requires an external aid to push through, and hence it is why he makes use of AirPods to pass the time by listening to audiobooks, or his favorite tunes. He took to Instagram to shed light on his difficulties finding sturdy AirPods that can withstand the extremities. More often than not, he finds himself basking in the heat, but his earbuds fall apart in just 15 mins.

He even claimed that the first-generation Airpods perform immensely better than compared to recent devices. He said, “If you’re gonna listen to an audiobook or music in the sauna, get you a first-generation AirPods. It’s the only earbuds I’ve ever had that can take the heat (literally). The other ones I’ve tried all die after about 10-15 minutes at 189 degrees. I’ve had these motherf****rs for years, and today they finally crapped out on me.”

The general public always suspected it, but learning about it compelled Rogan to call it a dirty trick. He said,” It’s just dirty because it is the thing that everybody always suspected, everybody always suspected that there is some sort of engineered obsolescence, they are doing this on purpose to get you to keep buying the latest, newest, and greatest. But I wanted to go like ‘Nah, come on, Apple? Apple wouldn’t do that.”
