Recently, Rogan reacted to fellow comedian Tim Dillon getting one of his videos removed from YouTube.

JRE #1839 featured Rogan alongside fellow comic Duncan Trussell, in which the two discussed a cluster of topics. In one segment, Rogan defended Tim Dillon after his video with Rick Russo was removed from YouTube. In this video, Dillon joked about the homelessness issue and said we should put them in a “pot.”

Rogan talked about the situation, saying, “So Dillion, he’s going, ‘So how do we fix this homeless problem? What do I do here? Well, there’s shelters, or we could put them in a big pot. Tell me more about this pot.'” Rogan laughed hysterically and mentioned how this was “clearly a joke.”

He then took shots at YouTube, saying, “The fact that they have to say ‘Hey, you shouldn’t say that!’ Like, what kind of nonsense network are you running? Where you can’t have like super obvious parody. It’s so obvious.” Rogan also clarified, “This is not supporting the opinion of burning homeless people. This is saying, like, parodies got to be a viable alternative in terms of the kind of comedy you seek. It’s fun.”

Rogan and Dillon have collaborated multiple times on podcast episodes. In one clip, the two discussed the Metaverse.

Dillon explained to Rogan that one could now buy digital real estate on the Metaverse. Rogan seemed perplexed upon hearing this. Dillon also gave the example of someone who paid $450 k to be Snoop Dogg’s Metaverse neighbor.

Rogan didn’t quite understand this new concept and asked who does the money go to. Dillon responded by saying to the landowners. Rogan couldn’t believe it and still looked puzzled. Dillon suggested Rogan get involved in the Metaverse space, as that could very well be our future. He also explained the importance of NFTs (Non-fungible tokens) in the Metaverse.
