Appearing on a podcast, Rogan said, “You never know. Jon Jones is a tough guy to bet against, but he’s never really fought a heavyweight. He’s trained with heavyweights for sure.”
He further added, “Ngannou has the nuclear option on any person that lives. Any person that lives, if Ngannou…if he catches you with one of those ones he hit Rozenstruik with, or that he knocked out Stipe with or the Alistair Overeem left hook…That Alistair Overeem one was one of the most disturbing punches I have ever seen a guy get hit with.”
“Because he was off before, like he went to the ground. He got shut off immediately and his head went almost all the way back…His head went back while he was standing up.”

Cormier said that he likes Francis Ngannou, but it isn’t possible to call ‘The Predator’ a technical striker. He said Miocic did a good job of cutting angles on Francis Ngannou. Miocic also got ‘The Predator’ to engage. When Ngannou would do that, Miocic would fade back and crack him with a punch.
Also, Cormier said that Ngannou can knock Jon Jones out. Jon Jones can be hit, but he is very evasive and smart. Cormier also speaks about the toughness of the chin of Jon Jones as he himself hit Jones really hard. ‘DC’ concluded by saying that if Ngannou can’t knock Jones out, there is no other way he would win the fight.
