During an episode of his podcast in 2018, Rogan invited the Cuban actor-comedian, Joey Diaz. They discussed Hollywood superstar Johnny Depp getting fired from the Pirates of the Caribbean series.

The podcast is from the time when Depp was stuck in personal life problems, which deeply affected his life. Joey Diaz and Joe Rogan chimed in on his removal from the Pirates of the Caribbean series, his appearance, and personal issues.

Joey Diaz – “I saw people discussing that I think Johnny Depp was just kind of kicked off isn’t the right word but he’s not gonna be in the next Pirates movie I guess. They were discussing under like in the comments section like it was the word the last one was the worst one of the lot, and they spent $330 million on the budget and it made $800 million and they’re like that’s a failure.”

Joe Rogan – “Yeah for them it’s a failure.”

Joey Diaz – “$500 million is not good.”

Joe Rogan – “Well Johnny’s off the rails right now. He’s shaved his head, Johnny Depp, he looks like he weighs 35 pounds, he shaved his head, he’s falling out of his jeans. Whenever you get like two tattoos of a woman you’ve only been married for like six months, these are all bad signs.”

Joey Diaz – “Joe Rogan this is a very rough time to live.”
