How much disrespect will Jon Jones endure before acknowledging Tom Aspinall as his rightful challenger? Fans have relentlessly posed this question as the heavyweight champion remains adamant about avoiding the Brit. Once celebrated as the greatest talent to grace the Octagon, Jones now finds his legacy under scrutiny — not for his fighting prowess, but for his evasive tactics. The MMA community has voiced its frustration, calling him out for dodging Aspinall. Instead of accepting the challenge, Jones responded with a move that only fueled the backlash — changing his social media profile picture to a duck, consequently, Aspinall might have dropped the greatest troll against Jones.

At UFC London, Tom Aspinall wasn’t fighting, but he didn’t miss the chance to let the world know just how much of a duck Jon Jones is. How? By holding a small rubber duck in his hand. It’s been more than a year since the Briton won the interim heavyweight belt. However, despite his willingness, he hasn’t been able to fight the title unification bout, as Jon Jones remains adamant about having his terms met before taking the final fight of his career.

As Aspinall’s patience is growing thin, he has come forward to ascertain that he is getting bored by waiting and if the UFC doesn’t decide his fate then he will be forced to take the matter into his own hands, “If it’s not Jon Jones, get out the way, I’ll take the title, I’ll fight someone else, happy days, I like it, I like it. Anytime sounds good for me but I’m ready to go whenever I’ve told them [the UFC] that as well.”

So will the fight ever happen or the fans will never witness it? While having a conversation with the media, the UFC head honcho Dana White asserted that the fight will certainly happen but the dates are yet to be announced, “Well, I’ll tell you what I’ve been telling you since day one. The fight’s going to happen. It’s just a matter of when now, and getting it signed and done.”

Well, with both Dana White and Tom Aspinall chiming into the same tune, fans couldn’t help but laugh. Aspinall had yet to find another alternative to call out Jones, but this time, he didn’t even have to say a word.

Jon Jones ripped apart by fans as Tom Aspinall’s UFC London antics caught the attention

Starting off, we have a fan doing his best to escalate the palpable tension between Jon Jones and Tom Aspinall, “I wouldn’t take this kind of disrespect personally @JonnyBones SO SIGN THE CONTRACT.”  Furthermore, another fan believes that Jones might have turned his TV off as Aspinall showed up, “Jon Jones just turned off his TV.”

Jon Jones is reportedly hesitant to take the fight against Tom Aspinall, who is considered one of the most complete fighters in the heavyweight division and a genuine threat to Jones’ legacy. In response, Jones has demanded a massive $30 million for the bout. However, the UFC may have other plans. Moreover, another fan stated, “He’s gonna lodge kryptonite in Jon Jones?!”

A fan even called out to Jon Jones for portraying him as the GOAT, “Yes the greatest fighter we’ve seen I ducking a British guy with no cardio and knockout power lol. Can’t wait for this b—- to get dominated.”  Tom Aspinall has a career record of 15 victories and 3 defeats. Impressively, he has finished all 15 of his wins, with 14 of them coming in the very first round. Defeating the Britisher will be no easy task for Jones but what if he defeats him? Well, a fan asks the same question, “lol imagine if he looses to jon after all of this I know Jon has no chance but just in case.” Last but not the least, a fan may have a meme idea for Aspinall, “That face has potential to be a good reaction pic…”
