Fans and experts have come up with different lists of mount Rushmore for MMA, but none of it is accurate or incorrect. Recently, a list (UFC Mount Rushmore) surfaced on the internet that is catching fans’ attention and creating heated debates among them as well.

Since MMA is a diverse sport with distinct skill sets, the criteria for picking the best fighter hasn’t been a smooth ride. A post with former longtime champions Anderson Silva, Jose Aldo, Demetrious Johnson, and Georges St-Pierre as mount Rushmore saw Jon Jones and Khabib Nurmagomedov fans scrutinizing the list.

The tweet states and asks, “The true big 4. Tell me who’s on your UFC Mount Rushmore and I’ll tell you why you’re wrong.”

Other MMA Twitter identities had their fingers rolling as they offered a list of their own. Chiefly, the Jon Jones fans, who submitted his resume to be better than all four on the list. Thus, they argued for his spot on the list.

Some wanted Khabib Nurmagomedov on the list. And even added his pupils from both Bellator and UFC to make their statement evident.

Some had Conor McGregor on the list for his overall influence on the sport. Whereas, the hardcore MMA fans couldn’t resist putting Chuck Liddell and Royce Gracie onto their lists.

The 53-year-old promoter has often offered Jon Jones as the best. Even through his trials with Jones, White has stayed affirmed on his statement about Jones being the GOAT.
