And one important part of the whole setup is the ring girls. Although one of the few visible parts of the UFC machine, little is known about them. Long-time UFC ring girl Brittney Palmer has taken another step in her artistic journey with Jon Jones behind her.

Jon Jones shouted out UFC ring girl and his friend, Brittney Palmer on his Instagram story and encouraged her to continue striving with a short caption. “It never stops Britt! Let’s keep grinding!!” he wrote. Jones was referencing Palmer’s art exhibition in Las Vegas on July 6, which Jones attended. Her works incorporate a psychedelic and energetic motif and have been displayed in institutions around the US and Europe.

It comes as no surprise that Palmer has chosen to open an art gallery since she is a trained artist with a degree in art history and classic portraiture from the University of California, Los Angeles. She occasionally shares her artwork with fans on social media.

Jon Jones attends Palmer’s art exhibition
The heavyweight champion attended Palmer’s art exhibition ‘High Frequency’ and posted pictures from the event. He congratulated her and wished her well in the caption. “Congratulations to long-time homie and UFC ring girl @brittneypalmer on her dope grand opening of her new art gallery tonight. Her event was absolutely lit, and I was honored to be one of the VIP guests who got to attend.” he wrote. In addition to being an artist, Palmer is also an entrepreneur and already has a clothing line called ‘Stone Free’.

Jon Jones is on a high after moving up and becoming the UFC heavyweight champion after defeating Cyril Gane. The title has added a feather to the cap of his impressive resume and cemented his place in many people’s opinion as the greatest MMA fighter of all time over people like Khabib Nurmagomedov, Georges St-Pierre, and Anderson Silva. ‘Bones’ upcoming bout with Stipe Miocic would be interesting to watch. The American has hinted he might retire after the fight. But, the fight fans want to see is Jon Jones vs. Francis Ngannou, who left the UFC as heavyweight champion.
