Dana White has seldom left a chance to lift Jon Jones high. Needless to say, the UFC heavyweight champion has greatly impressed the fighting community with his phenomenal fighting prowess. Needless to say, defeating formidable opponents like Ciryl Gane put him on a high pedestal.

The UFC head honcho even revolted against the officials responsible for the UFC pound-for-pound rankings, claiming that it should have been ‘Bones’ at the peak instead of Islam Makhachev. Even though he admitted that his relationship with Jones was not the best as far as the business goes, he stood his ground in his claims that ‘Bones’ is “the greatest combat fighter of all time.”

And now, the UFC CEO has turned all heads by tagging the heavyweight champion in a random post on Instagram and responding to the fighting community’s comments. One of White’s responses highlighted the lingos ‘glaze’ and ‘wild’. The comment read, “This word “Glaze” just popped up outta nowhere like everyone says “Wild” now. All this Glaze talk is WILD.”

Dana White’s social media activity involving Jon Jones garners all the attention of fight fans

As soon as the post hit the social media platform, the fight fans took to the comments section and put forth their judgment regarding Jon Jones being the best fighter in the world of mixed martial arts. Some of the fans stood beside White in his take. But many others seemed to believe that Jones wasn’t the greatest of all time. And the reason inclined towards the heavyweight champion’s PED allegations and failed dr*g tests. One of the fans wrote, “Jon will never be the peoples GOAT no matter how hard Dana tries and it k*lls him inside.” Meanwhile, another comment read, “No matter what you think of Jon Jones, he is NOT the P4P #1.” One more fan added, “Jon Jones is The PED user goat but cheaters are not even in discussions for true goat.”

Some of the fans countered those who believed Jones wasn’t the number one fighter in the UFC. Jones’ strength as a heavyweight and his professional MMA record of 27 wins with just 1 loss urged the fight fans to believe that he is indeed the best. One comment read, “@jonnybones is the greatest of all time and would beat anyone & there’s nothing anyone would do about it. You are s*ck if you think anyone can beat Jones in the combat sport.”

When it came to the White’s lingo in the comments, one of the fans wrote, “dana white found out bout the lingo.” In the meantime, another fan quoted, “It’s literally the definition of glazing.” But the fun didn’t leave the comments as one fan hilariously connected ‘glaze’ with White’s arguments for the P4P rankings. The comment read, “Dana pound for pound best glazer.”
