‘The Venezuelan Vixen’ Julianna Peña rose to the top of the UFC women’s bantamweight division. Although she was a significant name at 135 lbs, her win over the ‘Lioness’ at UFC 269 is really what put her on the map. However, as Nunes ruled the division for years, she secured an immediate rematch.

With Nunes vs Pena 2 on the horizon, the UFC women’s bantamweight champion proposed an interesting idea for the upcoming summer card.

In her first appearance as a champion on The MMA Hour, ‘The Venezuelan Vixen’ said, “I would like to be on a big card, and I see Conor getting ready, and I kind of like want to reach out like Conor, Jon Jones, you guys both look like you’re getting ready.”

She further added, “How epic would that be? Jon Jones, Conor McGregor, Amanda Nunes, you know what I mean? And that be the pay-per-view as opposed to like having that twice in one month. That’s just kind of where I’m thinking. I don’t like that whole twice in one-month thing.

Does Julianna Peña want to assemble the UFC Avengers?

Conor McGregor, Jon Jones, and Amanda Nunes are by far the most skilled and entertaining names in the UFC. Their fan following and popularity are testaments to that. Seeing ‘Mystic Mac’ and ‘Bones’ returning to the octagon after a long hiatus is something fans are eagerly looking forward to.

Moreover, fans upset over Nunes’ loss to Peña are strapped in and ready for round two. The rematch is highly anticipated, and fans cannot wait. Julianna Peña thinks all of these fighters should hop on the same event to make it a massive one for the summer, instead of two separate PPV events.

A good idea, to be honest. Albeit, the final say goes to Dana White and the UFC management at the end of the day.
