Numerous UFC fans might have been relieved after the promotion announced that the famed color commentator, Joe Rogan, will also be taking the commentary table for UFC 288. Rogan had missed out on a number of UFC events this year due to his commitments in multiple fields of work. The ’55-year-old’ is also a seasoned comedian, a former TV host, and one of the most popular podcasters of this era. A number of notable personalities have often lauded Rogan’s hard-earned achievements. Even the upcoming UFC 288 main eventer and Bantamweight kingpin, Aljamain Sterling, showcased some similar appreciation for ‘the former martial artist’ in an 11-month-old video on his YouTube Channel.
Sterling had created the video to give his YouTube audience a ‘behind-the-scenes’ peek at his visit to Rogan’s podcast, ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’. Along with his intended purpose, ‘Funk Master’ also revealed his appreciation for ‘the JRE host’ in the video.

Aljamain Sterling lauded Joe Rogan’s nature of doing things without expectations
Sterling’s video also showcased what the journey was like for the guests on ‘JRE’. Many fans might know that even though Rogan doesn’t pay his guests for joining ‘JRE’. But, ‘the Jamaican-American’s’ video showcased that Rogan didn’t allow his guests to spend for their visit. He had arranged everything required to get Sterling on his podcast and also return him to his place.

The first part of Rogan’s appreciation for Sterling came while he was boarding the flight for his ‘JRE’ visit. He stated, “This is the whole experience, so you guys can get to see what it’s like when Joe books a guest at this level of his career compared to when he first started his podcast. And honestly, it’s very inspirational coz it just makes you wanna keep grinding”. There are probably numerous people who think would share Sterling’s views about Rogan.
‘Funk Master’ further revealed his esteem for one of Rogan’s superb qualities. He stated how Rogan had started ‘JRE’ pretty ordinarily and without any expectations. But today, even ‘Spotify’ had decided to purchase its broadcasting rights for a reported $200M. Further, they also awarded ‘JRE’ the apex spot on their ‘Top Podcasts’ list multiple times.
Sterling quoted Rogan and stated, “‘Look at me. I didn’t do this expecting this to turn into anything, and now look at this. It is a fu**ing monster'”. He presented Rogan as a validation of the fact that working on a cause dedicatedly will definitely get you to your goal one day.
Joe Rogan’s ascent to the top serves as an inspiration to Aljamain Sterling
Sterling gave his audiences one more fist of ‘Rogan appreciation’ while he was returning after his ‘JRE’ shoot. He stated, “It was a really cool experience to get to check out the new facility. That guy, truly inspirational. Just for what he has been able to do just by work ethic and how hard he hustles man. A guy like him, for the way he started, to now do this”.

He also implied his audiences to draw inspiration from ‘the seasoned comedian’, stating, “Having all these opportunities coming his way just based on his connections or things like that. Really just lets us know that all this stuff is possible for anyone of us, especially for you guys. You just really need to have the mindset, keep the head down, and keep working hard”.
