“Just Signed a New Deal”- New Featherweight Entry in UFC to Feature at UFC 268

Yet another ‘Dana White Contender series’ prospect strikes an amazing deal with the Ultimate Fighting Championship. The featherweight fighter took to social media to share the big news.

The America fighter, Billy Quarantillo is a rising prospect in the featherweight division of the promotion. He was a part of the ‘Dana White Contender Series’ in 2019 and won against Kamuela Kirk via knockout in the third round of the fight.

Recently, Billy took to his Twitter to reveal his new deal with the promotion and announced his next. He wrote in the caption, “Just signed a new deal with @ufc starting with my next fight, nov 6th @ Madison square Garden.”

“Thanks to my team @TeamIridiumISA and all the top guys at the ufc including @danawhite and @seanshelby. I will prove my worth and be at the top in no time.”

The 32-year-old will take on Shane Burgos, who is currently #14 in the featherweight division. This exciting featherweight bout will take place in the preliminary card of one of the biggest events this year at UFC 268. The pay-per-view will take place inside the Madison Square Garden in New York on 6th November.

UFC 268 will feature two title rematches on the main card. Kamaru Usman will defend his Welterweight gold against Colby Covington in the main event. Meanwhile, Zhang Weili will clash against Rose Namajunas for the second time in her UFC career for the strawweight gold in the co-main event of the pay-per-view.

The event features another interesting lightweight bout between Michael Chandler and Justin Gaethje. That said, the surging featherweight fighter Billy will look to continue his win streak on such an elite card. He is an interesting fighter who can be the next big thing in the promotion.

UFC Featherweight Billy Quarantillo: Brief Career Overview

The American featherweight Billy Quarantillo is one of the surging fighters in the promotion. He had only two losses in his professional fighting career before his UFC debut.

Billy holds an impressive fighting record of 16-3 under his name. He is a skilled finisher with seven knockout wins and five submission wins under his name. The 32-year-old dominated the roster after his debut and won back-to-back fights.
