Usman’s currently holds wins over the top four highest-ranked welterweights in his world and has begun cleaning the division. Chiefly, the next name who he hasn’t faced and beaten is the number 5 ranked fighter in Stephen Thompson. The only thing going against him is that he’ll have to accrue another seven title defenses to truly eclipse St-Pierre’s record.

Georges St-Pierre: Sustained greatness
‘GSP’ has only suffered two losses in his career, and he’s successfully avenged both his professional losses. As mentioned earlier, he accrued 9 title defenses and was also successful in cleaning out his entire division. Furthermore, ‘GSP’ also captured the middleweight title and joined the short-list of UFC champ-champs’. Some of his career highlights include victories over a prime Josh Koscheck, Carlos Condit, and Jon Fitch.
