Ketlen Souza’s corner was sure of their victory after going through a grueling battle against Loopy Godinez on the UFC Vegas 122 main card. However, the judges’ scorecards left them so stunned that Souza’s manager has vowed to appeal the decision.

Following Souza’s weight miss, tipping the 116 lbs strawweight limit by one pound, Godinez took the fight at 117 lbs catchweight. After 15 minutes of a bloody battle, the judges declared Godinez the winner by 29-28, 29-28, 29-28 on the scorecards, giving her all three rounds.
Souza’s team, especially her manager Alexis Davis, insisted that the judges’ decision robbed her of a deserved victory. So, he has decided to appeal the decision.
“This time, I am appealing,” Davis wrote on X. “Someone must stand up to this kind of thing!”
