Kevin Holland, the Trailblazer is back in action this weekend! In his return match, he will square off against Michael Page at UFC 299. Both fighters are formidable strikers and that match-up is expected to be quite entertaining. Not to mention, this fight is an opportunity for the American fighter to showcase his skillset and potentially get in the mix of a title fight, while Page will be looking to make a mark on his UFC debut.

Now, while “Big Mouth” is quite popular amongst fans, there’s not a lot that’s known about his personal life.

Kevin Holland’s ethnicity and nationality: Where is he from?

The American UFC welterweight was born on November 5, 1992, in California. He boasts a record of 25 wins and only 10 defeats. Safe to say, he is a veteran of the sport and has impressive experience under his belt. Moreover, in so far as his ethnicity is concerned, he is an African American.

As per several reports, he was born and raised in America. Moreover, not a lot is disclosed about their parents but it can be safely said that both of his parents are Americans themselves.

Other than that, reports state that his mother, Stacy Holland, has had a tumultuous history of incarceration. His father too has seen the inner workings of the prison industrial complex. Regardless of his history and background, Holland seems to have risen to the top of combat sports and is on a journey that is yet to reach its peak. In an interview, while reflecting on the fight, he said, “It’s always a good feeling to get out there and put your hands on somebody that they are talking highly about.” To be fair, he is more concerned about the financial reward than anything else. “I just worry about getting cheques every fight. So I’m always worried about getting a cheque”, he says.
