What is Kevin Holland’s salary?

Kevin Holland has been one of the most consistent fighters in the UFC. ‘TrailBlazer’ has earned most of his fortune from UFC fights, endorsements, and prize money. The 31-year-old fighter has an estimated net worth of $1 million. He has endorsements from Hayabusa Combat, Jimmy Bars, Rule One Proteins, MyBookie, and Beer Roofing. Now, let’s have a look at the amount of money UFC pays to ‘TrialBlazer’

The UFC pays the ‘Trailblazer’ handsomely, with each of his last three fights earning him more than $200,000 per outing. To be specific, Holland’s bout against Santiago Ponzinibbio got him a massive $316,000 and his fight against Michael Chiesa got him $ $356,000. Holland’s base salary has been on the rise recently. For now, the promotion pays him $150,000 as the base salary and the other income depends upon his fights. In his last fight against Michael ‘Venom’ Page, which he lost, he earned a reported sum of $171,000. But he seems to care not too much about money even though he’s earned some big bucks over the years, and he would attack the UFC debutant for being money-minded.

Michael ‘Venom’ Page signed with the UFC last year. As soon as he was signed, Dana White set him up to have a matchup against Kevin Holland. The former Bellator fighter would dominate Holland after raising some eyebrows for signing with the UFC at the age of 37. But before that fight, Holland claimed to believe that ‘Venom’ signed with the promotion only for money.

“Always being a fan of mixed martial arts, seeing a guy like Michael Page do his thing, it’s always been amazing. (He’s) coming over to the UFC a little bit later than I expected him to ever do, kind of thought he never would. But, it’s nice to see him coming over and it’s nice to be the welcoming party… At the tail end of your career, you just want to get paid, so, obviously, he must be getting a pretty big bag to come over here and fight a guy like me,” said Holland to ESPN.

While Kevin Holland cannot do anything about his previous fight, he can make sure to avoid a loss in his upcoming fight. What do you think? Can Holland do well in the 185-pound division? Drop your comments below.
