The time has come! Michael ‘Venom͏’ Page is finally making waves in the UFC. The British fighter has been a Bellator star and this induced Dana White to sign him under the promotion. His first fight ͏against Kevin Holland went in his favor. With a professional MMA record of 22-2, ‘Venom’ started his UFC career at 36, but it seems like age won’t have any impact on ‘Venom’s rampage.

Walking out to the octagon with the Undertaker the͏me͏, similar ͏to Israel Adesanya’s entrance at UFC ͏276, Page made it clear that he was here for the win͏. The fight st͏retched ͏until the third round, with both fighters mirroring each other’s moves. The bout concluded with ‘MVP’ securing the victor͏y via unanimous decision. Nevertheless, this triumph did not bring joy to ‘TrialBlazer.’

One of the most active fighters in the UFC’s recent history, Kevin Holland has never said no to any fights. ‘TrialBlazer’ took every fight Dana White threw at him, which seems to have some consequences. Continuous fights seem to have had some impact on the ‘TrialBlazer’s movements as he looked a bit sloppy against Bellator’s top-notch fighter, Michael Page.

‘Venom’ entered the arena in his own flashy way and his fight with Holland was nothing less than a flashy show. For instance, it looked like ‘MVP’ was toying with Holland. ‘Venom’ clinched the victory by way of a unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28). After the loss, ‘TrialBlazer’ left the octagon brokenhearted but Kevil Holland knows how to uplift the mood even in defeat.

The welterweight division of the UFC is filled with deadly fighters and the inclusion of Micahel ‘Venom’ page to the roster is like an overkill. Page’s win against Kevin Holland has asserted his position in the UFC. According to Page, he wants one fight from the UFC, and it is none other than, Leon Edwards.

“It’s more so, like I said, the legacy of what that means for the UK – two UK fighters fighting for a title, I don’t think they’ve seen that before. And I like to inspire, so it says to everybody back in the UK that is training, amateur fighters that are training, that is very much achievable. I think what Leon Edwards has done, his journey is unbelievable. But that, married with my style, my charisma, and the energy I can bring, the goal is to sell out a stadium somewhere in the UK – that would be a memorable occasion.” said Page in an interview.
