Chael Sonnen believes Conor McGregor
In his latest YouTube video, Chael Sonnen provided some insight into the infamous dispute between Khabib Nurmagomedov and Artem Lobov. Sonnen recalled the conflict and claimed that Conor McGregor‘s ex-teammate was, in fact, not slapped by ‘The Eagle’. “Conor loaded up a jumbo jet in Ireland and flew in. He was so loyal to his friend, who was slapped. That was Artem. Which, by the way… I don’t think Khabib slapped him. I think Khabib said ‘hello’ to him.” said Sonnen.

Sonnen further weighed into his claim with an explanation, saying, “It’s not the contact, it’s how long you leave the hand there.” He then added, “Slap is instant. But the removal of slap is instant (too). Khabib put his hand there, but he kept it there. He was looking him (Artem) in the eye like he was trying to talk to him.”
