Khabib Nurmagomedov is one of the biggest names in MMA history. He is one of the most dominant fighters to ever step inside the octagon and had a great career. His legacy and always willing to fight attitude also meant he had a great relationship with Dana White.

‘The Eagle’ made his UFC debut in 2012 on the back of a 16-0 record. Joining one of the biggest MMA promotions didn’t derail his momentum, and he went on a tear there. After nine fights in the promotion, he claimed the UFC lightweight title and retired as the champion in 2020.

Nurmagomedov was always about fighting and never worried about the money. According to him, that was the reason for a great relationship with Dana White. He said, “I’m very good with Dana – all my life, when I was a fighter. I know a lot of fighters have a problem with him and all because of money.”
