Khabib Nurmagomedov did the unthinkable in his UFC career. The Russia-born fighter captured the UFC gold and left the sport undefeated. Besides, he introduced a dominant style that originates from the Russian Sambo.

The highly awaited bout came to a dramatic conclusion in favor of ‘The Eagle.’ Moreover, Nurmagomedov received only love from his fellow Russians for defeating the Irishman.

The Chechen leader hosted a special dinner for the undefeated lightweight. In addition, he also presented Nurmagomedov with a whopping $250K automobile, Mercedes-Benz W222.

Also, ‘The Eagle‘ was flying and shining after his remarkable performance in the biggest bout in the history of the UFC. After the fight, he, with his father, even met Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The Chechen leader appears to be a big combat sports fan, as he also talked Khamzat Chimaev out of retirement last year when ‘Borz‘ suffered a severe medical condition.

Nurmagomedov saw ‘The Notorious’ live his moment at UFC 205. That said, he created a moment of his own when he made an iconic callout and finally captured the attention of the UFC fans after his dominant win over Michael Johnson.

His UFC 205 callout spread like a wildfire. It was the second biggest talked-about thing at the time, with only the Irishman becoming the first-ever simultaneous dual UFC world champion.

This moment ensured that the fans would be watching his future outings. And afterward, Nurmagomedov made one of the most dominant runs in UFC history and fought Edson Barboza, Al Iaquinta, Conor McGregor, Dustin Poirier, and Justin Gaethje.
